Our three-day class takes place both virtually and in-person. Should you choose the in-person option you will attend the class here at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. Breakfast and lunch is served each day of class. Also, we provide a 4 course meal for training. Your training will coincide with virtual students watching along. You'll have the benefit of working hands on with Ms. Swann as she works her way through the curriculum. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to teach a mock etiquette class to real students. We will videotape your portion and provide you with valuable feedback. You will be given a copy of your presentation to review once you return home.

Yes, absolutely. Our three-day intensive masterclass is designed to provide you with the foundational support as an etiquette professional. As you come into our program, it is designed to give you constant mentorship. So, as you get prepared for the courses that you'll deliver, you will have mentors, tools and resources to help you along the way. You don't have to be completely proficient. Initially, you just need the desire to learn, and the commitment to plan each one of your sessions out as you go. We provide you with everything you need, from lesson plans to activities and hands-on activities, to help deliver great content to your students.

The total cost is a one-time installment of $3,000. This includes two learning tracks: The first one is etiquette certification, and we provide you with all of the necessary instructions and training to provide etiquette courses for children, teens, college, students, adults. You will also be certified to teach dining etiquette, and business etiquette. The second track is business development, and where we dive deep to help you with all of the necessary training to build and launch your business. This will include your infrastructure systems and processes.

We have in-house contests that are very fun: everything from connecting with a buddy to a social media contest (for example, cleaning out your desk for the new year). Your license gives you the opportunity to operate anywhere in the United States. We like to share that your fortune is in your network of people that you have connections with, so you do not have to hand off any customers to a particular area. You, just like any other consultant, would get on a plane, fly to another city, deliver a keynote speech or a program, and fly back home.
